|Recommended: YesIt's a great place to live as a student — I would let them know that it gets very cold in the winter on the upper levels and that it is at a loud intersection. However, the house is well equipped with responsive landlord's. Also, I would let them know how we just got new bathrooms and a kitchen which we are so grateful for.
|Recommended: YesFeels like home in no time — This 3 story house is a great place for college students. The first floor is definitely the most prized possession of the house. The pantry in the kitchen provides tons of space for food storage and the two living areas are very capable of fitting everyone in the house if furnished strategically. The only downside to this place is that there are only two bathrooms, but that hasn't even been much of an issue at all for the 12 guys living here now.
|Recommended: NoAbsolutely not worth the money — The basement is extremely moldy. The first floor bathroom has wood rotting in it its only way of ventilation is a window. There's some really sketchy-looking cracks in the ceilings. The whole house is vaguely on a slant. Several of the doors need to be wrestled with to get in and out. The dryer only runs on hot it also doesn't turn off automatically. There have been a few significant pest problems mainly flies and mice . Things get fixed at a snail's pace and when things do get fixed, more often than not maintenance leaves behind a problem that needs another visit to fix. Need I say more Because I most certainly could.
